All products we use are registered with the APVMA and applied according to label directions. We'll advise on re-entry times for each treatment, which are typically 1–4 hours. We use targeted application methods to minimise exposure.
It depends on the treatment type. Most standard treatments require you to vacate for 1–4 hours. Heat treatments for bed bugs require a full-day vacancy. We'll always advise clearly before we begin.
Most residential treatments take 45 minutes to 1.5 hours depending on property size. Termite inspections and larger commercial treatments take longer — typically 2–3 hours. We'll give you an accurate time estimate when booking.
For most treatments, we'll ask you to remove food from benchtops and store children's toys. For rodent treatments, clearing under sinks and behind appliances helps. We'll send you a simple prep list when you book.
